| SpCrossreactivity | The SS-A antigen, used for coating ELISA plates, has been purified from bovine spleen and/or thymus cytosol through a combination of immunoaffinity chromatography and other biochemical techniques. The purified preparation does not contain any detectable SS-B, Sm, nRNP, Scl-70, and Jo-1 antigens by sensitive ELISA technique. This kit will measures anti-SSA toal Ig?s (IgG, IgA, and IgM) as the conjugate supplied in the kit is anti-mouse IgG (H+L)-HRP conjugate.
