| SpCrossreactivity | Scl-70-1 coating antigen has been immunoaffinity purified from rabbit/calf thymus using anti-Scl-70-1 sepharose. Other antigens (Sm, RNP, SSA, Jo-1 and SSB) are not detected with the ELISA. Homogeneity of Scl-70 is also verified by SDS-PAGE. This kit measures anti-Scl70 Ig's (IgG+A+M) in mouse serum. It is possible to use isotype specific anti-mouse Ig, such as anti-mouse IgM or anti-mouse IgG1-HRP, to measure isotype specific antibodies. |
